Last night and this morning, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 24 Palestinians in the occupied city of Jerusalem, including one wounded.
And the Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that the occupation forces carried out a campaign of arrests last night amid shooting 23 Palestinians from the towns of Al-Tur and Al-Isawiya in occupied Jerusalem, most of them were freed prisoners, including a young man who was shot before his arrest.
The occupation forces also prevented Palestinians from entering the Old City of Jerusalem and fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the people in the Bab al-Amud area in an attempt to empty it of young people.
The Palestinian presidency calls on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and put pressure on the Israeli occupation to stop its policy of ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians and work to stop its continuing crimes against them, especially in occupied Jerusalem.
