BRUSSELS - The implementation of the PNRR, the fight against women's violence, the Ukrainian crisis and the role of European common defense in the world chessboard will be at the center of
the ANSA Forum scheduled for tomorrow at 12 in live streaming on ANSA Europe from the headquarters of the European Parliament in Brussels with Pd MEP Pina Picierno
, elected Vice-President of the EU Parliament last week.
The meeting will be an opportunity to take stock of the resolution, approved by the Eurochamber in September and of which Picierno was shadow rapporteur, on the inclusion of gender-based violence, online and offline, in the list of "Euro-crimes", or crimes considered particularly serious and dealt with with a transnational dimension.
At the center of the Forum also the legacy left by David Sassoli in the priorities of the European Parliament between now and the end of the legislature and the Ukrainian dossier, closely linked to the need for strategic autonomy of the EU also in the defense field.
Among the topics of the meeting also the Italian Recovery and Resilience Plan and the opportunities it puts in place for the South at a time when Brussels is very much attention on the political situation of Italy, called to elect the new President of the Republic. .
