The union's lawyer, Arena Lynn, argued at the hearing that the decision to cancel the student isolation was made without consulting the organization.
According to her, the Teachers' Union does not oppose the outline in principle, but seeks to postpone its implementation on the grounds that the education system is not ready for it yet.
It should be noted that the position of the Ministry of Health also supports the implementation of the outline only in a week to ten days.
On the other hand, the state representative claimed at the hearing that the system was actually ready to apply the outline.
"The issue of testing will be resolved by the end of the day," he said.
"We have been told that by the end of the day, 17 million inspections are due to reach the local authorities. For us, the tribunal should not enter into these questions in the context of a labor dispute."

Dalit Stauber, director general of the Ministry of Education, testified before the court that the Ministry of Education took into account the teachers' union's request to postpone the outline without canceling it, claiming that Health Ministry director general Nachman Ash said he would declare the outline safe.
"Teacher health was taken into account," Stauber testified.
"The Minister takes daily action to maintain the health of the teachers. She asks all the questions and she has received an answer that the student population will be the most monitored population in terms of the frequency of tests, thus addressing the health of the teachers."
