Damascus-SANA
Temperatures remain 4 to 7 degrees below their average as a result of the country being affected by an air depression that extends in all layers of the atmosphere, accompanied by a very cold and humid polar air mass.
And the Directorate General of Meteorology expected in its bulletin this morning that the weather will be cloudy, rainy at times, and snowfall at heights exceeding 900 meters.
The air effectiveness weakens and the atmosphere tends to be stable during the night hours and tomorrow, Friday, and the winds will be southwesterly between light and moderate, with active gusts exceeding 60 kilometers per hour during the afternoon and evening periods, especially in the central southern regions and the sea, with an average wave height.
And next Saturday, the weather will be partly cloudy in general, with the chance of rain remaining in separate areas, and snowfall in areas with a height of more than 1100 meters, and temperatures tend to rise slightly while remaining below their rates by about 4 to 6 degrees Celsius.
