A Ukrainian soldier killed five of his comrades and wounded five others after he shot them at an aircraft and missile factory in the center of the country before fleeing.
"A member of the National Guard opened fire with a Kalashnikov rifle at the factory guards, and then fled with his weapon," the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said in a statement today, quoted by AFP.
The statement indicated that the crime took place at the Yuzhmash factory in Dnipro in the center of the country, which produces missiles, launchers, vehicles and industrial tools, pointing out that its motives are not yet known.
