The Government stated that on January 21, the Prevention and Control of Disease (Compulsory Testing of Certain Persons) Regulation (Cap. 599J) was used to make a restriction and testing announcement. From 6:00 pm on that day, persons in Yat Kwai House, Kwai Chung Estate will be restricted. They must stay on their premises and undergo mandatory testing, and the relevant enforcement date will be extended on January 25, with the goal of completing the operation by about 7:00 am on January 28.
