Mr. Leung lives in Yak Kwai Building with his parents and two younger brothers. Among them, his 78-year-old mother suffers from liver cancer. After the government announced that he needed to be confined, Mr. Leung said that he had contacted the staff of the Department of Health to explain his mother's condition. The test was carried out, but no one came until late at night. "I called the security guard and asked the person (the staff) to have left." On the 4th day of the quarantine, including Mr. Leung, the second brother and the mother were notified at 9:00 am, all of them were initially diagnosed. He was sent to the hospital, but was not sent to Yan Chai Hospital until 2:00 pm the next day, and was later transferred to Tuen Mun Hospital, but he had been with his 85-year-old father and third brother who tested negative at that time for nearly 30 hours.
Later, the father and third brother were sent to Penny's Bay for isolation that night. Today (27th), the third brother also developed fever and muscle pain and was sent to United Hospital for treatment.
