How many times have you heard your best friend or girlfriend announce in a wavy bristle: "My rattle - the best there is."
So true, there are quite a few great recipes for shakshuka, but if to this day you have not added tuna to your shakshuka, you do not know what you are missing out on.
The combination of tomato sauce with tuna is a winning combination, and that was before we added eggs and dipped in fresh bread.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
2 cloves crushed garlic
400 g canned mashed tomatoes
1 kopsarsk tomato (small)
¼ Boiling buckwheat
2 cans of tuna in filtered olive oil
½ A teaspoon of salt
¼ A teaspoon of black pepper
4 units of eggs
To serve:
Chopped parsley
fresh bread

Preparation
How to make shaktuna - shakshuka with tuna?
1 Heat the oil in a wide pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Add the garlic, stir and fry for another minute.
2 Add the crushed tomatoes, puree and water, mix and bring to a boil.
Lower the flame and cook for about 3 minutes.
3 Add the tuna, season, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
4 Make four niches in the sauce and break into each egg niche.
Cover the pan and cook the shashlik for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the egg whites are set to the level you like.
5 Sprinkle over chopped parsley and serve with fresh bread on the side.
