Rather than an exchange, I would speak more of a face-to-face between a police officer who was all at once respectful, measured and nuanced and an aging politician, contemptuous, full of arrogance and on the sinks into staggering denial.
Should local policing be reinstated to ease relations between the police and the population, as proposed by La France Insoumise?
The comments made on this subject by Jean-Luc Mélenchon last night demonstrate his total incompetence on the subject.
