At the end of the investigation into the assassination in 2012 of the chairman Antoine Sollacaro in Ajaccio, the specialized interregional jurisdiction (Jirs) of Marseille returned three presumed members of the Corsican criminal gang of the "
Petit Bar
" to the assizes of the Bouches-du -Rhône, learned AFP Friday, January 28.

In the indictment order dated Friday and consulted by AFP, the investigating judge orders the dismissal of Jacques Santoni, alleged leader of the "
Petit Bar
" for complicity in the voluntary homicide of Antoine Sollacaro, carried out in organized gang and with premeditation.
He is described by justice as "
the sponsor
" and the "
brain
of the assassination.
He is also sent back to the assizes for complicity in the attempted voluntary homicide in an organized gang of Charles Cervoni the same year, reputed to be close to the former nationalist leader Alain Orsoni.
This file was joined to the instruction of the assassination of the barrister Sollacaro.
For these two cases, he is also prosecuted for association of criminals with a view to the preparation of one or more crimes.
Possibility to appeal
Another presumed member of the Petit Bar, André Bacchiolelli was fired for the assassination of Antoine Sollacaro and the attempted assassination of Charles Cervoni as well as for association with criminals. He is also being prosecuted for the concealment in an organized gang and as a legal recidivism of a motorcycle which could have been used in the assassination of the lawyer and the acquisition, possession and transport without authorization of a category B weapon in legal recidivism.
The examining magistrate also returns Mickaël Ettori, "
close lieutenant of Jacques Santoni
", for association of criminals with a view to the preparation of crimes in particular of the assassination of Antoine Sollacaro and this in legal recidivism, as well as for concealment in recidivism legal of a motorcycle. In her order, the investigating judge indicates that she relied in particular on the statements of Patrick Giovannoni, a "
small hand
" of this band, who obtained, in 2015, the status of repentant. Manager of the Petit Bar arms stock, he had claimed to have received the confidences of Jacques Santoni, who would have declared after the death of the lawyer: “
It was we who hit
”.

Finally, dismissals are pronounced for Pascal Porri, who was prosecuted for concealment in an organized gang of a motorcycle and Emile Mela, who had been indicted for criminal association.
This charge order can be appealed.
