The Minister of State for the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Volvovich revealed that the NATO Air Force carried out flights equipped with cruise missiles, including aircraft equipped with nuclear warheads, near the Russian-Belarus border.

Volvovich indicated that "30,000 soldiers have been deployed in areas in Poland and the Baltic states bordering Belarus, and more than 10,000 NATO soldiers are present on the territories of these countries," noting that "these actions by neighboring countries raise legitimate questions about the extent of compliance with the Vienna Document. 2011 and bilateral agreements on confidence and security building measures.
