Zhao Yantao said in the RTHK program "Millennium Times" today that the rapid test kits were produced in Hong Kong, and the government had "cleaned up" all his company's inventory.
He also taught the public how to use the rapid test kit. He pointed out that the test kit has a swab, and the swab is placed one inch in the nasal cavity for sampling.
