Today (28th) there are suspected voltage sags in many places in Hong Kong, resulting in many cases of being trapped in lifts.
From 7:22 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., the fire department received at least 87 reports of being lifted by lifts, including various districts in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, and rescuers went to the rescue.
