The Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR) has ruled inadmissible 253 serial complaints filed against the Minister of Justice Éric Dupond-Moretti for public insults towards individuals, announced this Friday the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation in a press release.

These 253 complaints had been written in identical terms from a form posted online by the lawyer Fabrice Di Vizio, a figure of the familiar anti-pass movement known for his appeals and massive collective actions.

On Monday, the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation had already announced that he had dismissed 19,685 “standard” complaints, also drawn up from a paid form by Me Di Vizio and filed against several members of the government, denouncing in particular the health pass and the promotion of vaccination against Covid-19.
