A fresh easterly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong.
The weather forecast for Hong Kong today is mostly cloudy, with cool mornings and evenings, clear skies during the day, one or two showers of rain at night, and a maximum temperature of about 20 degrees.
Looking forward to the Observatory, the weather will turn cold tomorrow. The weather will continue to be cold on New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year holidays, with a few showers and strong winds.
The Transport Department said that in order to tie in with the mandatory testing arrangements, part of the traffic lanes off No. 77-83 Tai Pa Street in Tsuen Wan and a section of Sheung Kok Street outside Yat Kwai House in Kwai Chung Estate have been closed.
