“This Saturday afternoon, on the forecourt of the court of Créteil (Val-de-Marne), this mother of a 10-year-old girl, supported by around thirty activists, in particular from the Collective of isolated mothers, and from elected from Fontenay-sous-Bois, cried out in despair as justice forced her to entrust custody of her daughter to her ex-spouse whom she accused of rape and kidnapping.

The elected recalls that Jade had indeed filed a complaint for rape in 2016, but after three years without any response, the latter had returned to the charge to find out the consequences.
