The tragedy took place around 11:50 p.m., in the young woman's apartment located near Place Saint-Bruno, in the city center of Voiron.
It was a person in a state of panic who contacted the firefighters of the Isère fire and rescue operational center to ask them to intervene quickly.
Dispatched to the scene, the firefighters accompanied by Samu 38 discovered the young woman seriously injured.
She had several wounds, including on her back, chest and head.
