The Norwegian Foreign Minister was at a meeting in the royal family.

Norwegian Foreign Minister Anniken Huitfeldt was a guest at the royal palace on Thursday (January 27).
Shortly thereafter, she tested positive for the corona virus.
A test before the meeting had still been negative.
"I wish with all my heart that I hadn't tested positive on the same day that I had an audience with King Harald, Queen Sonja and Crown Prince Haakon,"

A week later he is now on sick leave.

Concern in the royal family was great.
King Harald will be 85 this year, as will Queen Sonja.
So you belong to the risk group.
However, the royal couple were vaccinated against Corona in January last year and are boosted, according to
people.com.
Prince Haakon also received a vaccination.
After the meeting with the foreign minister, the court announced that the royal couple and the crown prince would be tested in accordance with the infection rules.
As it became known a day later, on Friday, the king has symptoms.
"His Majesty the King has symptoms of a cold and is on sick leave for the next few days," the palace is quoted as saying.
All necessary tests and investigations would be carried out.

As in previous years, Crown Prince Haakon is standing in for his sick father.
The crown prince has no symptoms and has tested negative for the corona virus.
Princess Ingrid Alexandra had already been infected with the corona virus.
She tested positive in August last year.
That had consequences for the whole family
