Germering – The main prize from the Lions Club Germering Advent calendar 2021 campaign, an e-bike worth around 2,000 euros, was presented to the winner Michael Fürholzer.

"He was happy about the win, even if the weather doesn't currently invite him to try it out - but spring will definitely come," explains press spokesman for the Lions Michael Sigmund.

The Lions Club would like to thank all the sponsors of the advent calendar, who made sure that

all

3,000 calendars

were quickly sold out again in

2021 with attractive prizes, and the sales proceeds and additional monetary donations resulted in net proceeds of

18,100 euros

.

According to the club, the Germeringer Lions will mainly use the money raised to support regional aid projects in the tried and tested way.
