The workshops of the Homs Electricity Directorate have completed the repair work of the medium tension line that feeds the villages and transformers of water wells in the Shain area in the western Homs countryside, after a power outage for several days due to the accumulation of snow.
The head of the Shin Electricity Division, Thabet Khaddour, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the workshops of the Shin Electricity Division and the Hadiya Emergency Center have repaired the medium tension line and all the transmission centers and restored them to service, thus restoring the electric current to the villages of Hadiyah, Hazor, Kfram and Maryam and transformers of water wells to the villages of Qasraya and Akakir.
Khaddour pointed out that a number of malfunctions on the low-voltage lines in Shin town, caused by the prevailing weather conditions, have been maintained and the electricity has been restored to all subscribers.
