The Iraqi army announced the elimination of nine terrorists affiliated with the “ISIS” organization in the Hawi al-Azeem area of Diyala Governorate, in the east of the country.
And the Iraqi National Security Agency said in a statement today, "With a qualitative operation with joint operations and through air strikes in Hawi al-Azeem, a cell made up of 9 elements of ISIS was eliminated, which is responsible for killing the Iraqi army company in Hawi al-Azeem a few days ago."
On the 21st of this month, 11 Iraqi soldiers were killed in an attack by ISIS terrorists in Diyala Province.
