" fled early Friday afternoon from the Gérard-Marchant psychiatric hospital in Toulouse.

This is the fourth flight of a patient from a psychiatric unit in less than ten days in Toulouse, including three at the Marchant hospital.
On January 19, the
"cannibal of the Pyrenees" escaped.
A few hours later, he attacked a 72-year-old lady with a stick.
Arrested and then placed in police custody, this 34-year-old former soldier was again interned.
He was indicted in 2013 for intentional homicide and acts of cannibalism.
The second, a 48-year-old man, involved in a homicide in 2010, fled January 23 from Marchant Hospital, before being arrested a few hours later.
