Orange alert prevails, especially in the south and east.

Weather in Bavaria: Heavy gusts of wind - warning valid until Sunday
The warning has been in effect there since Saturday at 8 a.m. and is valid until Sunday at 5 p.m.
It says:
"There are heavy gusts of wind above 1500 m with speeds between 75 km/h (21m/s, 41kn, Bft 9) and 90 km/h (25m/s, 48kn, Bft 10) from the northwest.
In exposed locations, severe gusts of wind of around 100 km/h (28 m/s, 55 knots, Bft 10) must be expected
." The DWD points out possible dangers: " In
isolated cases, trees can be uprooted and roofs damaged.
Pay particular attention to falling branches, roof tiles or objects
.”
