Helene Fischer has been riding a wave of success for around 15 years.

All information about her CV, her career, her greatest hits and her latest addition to the family.

Munich – Helene Fischer was born on August 5, 1984 in Krasnoyarsk, in the Soviet Union.

Her parents Maria and Peter Fischer were considered Russian Germans.

Peter Fischer earned his money as a physical education teacher while his mother, Maria, taught engineering at a university.

Their status allowed the Fischers to leave Siberian Krasnoyarsk in the late 1980s.

As a result, the family of four – Helene has a sister who is six years older than her – swapped their Russian homeland for a new home in Germany.

Wöllstein, located in Rhineland-Palatinate, became the springboard for Helene Fischer's career, who has now moved her first place of residence to Munich.

Pop singer Helene Fischer: your CV

Pop singer Helene Fischer gained her first stage experience during her secondary school years in Wörrstadt.

Her curriculum vitae shows her as a participant in the Theater-AG, where Fischer took her first musical courses.

The affinity for singing and dancing led Helene Fischer to Frankfurt am Main in 2000.

Here she started a three-year training as a musical actress.

During his apprenticeship years, Fischer was engaged for his first guest roles.

She appeared at the Volkstheater in Frankfurt as well as in neighboring Darmstadt, where the renowned Staatstheater used her services.

The Darmstadt team helped Helene Fischer get an engagement in the cult play "The Rocky Horror Picture Show".

In Frankfurt she was seen in "Anatevka".

The first record deal

From the start, Helene Fischer's focus was on singing, which she studied and perfected over the years.

However, at first she didn't have the guts to apply for a front row seat.

Helene left this to her mother Maria, who sent a demo CD to Uwe Kanthak in 2004.

Kanthak owns an artist agency and is one of the most well-known German managers.

Kanthak liked what he heard, whereupon he brought in another industry great: lyricist, composer and producer Jean Frankfurter also raised his thumb, which led to Helene Fischer's first record deal.

From now on, nothing stood in the way of her steep career.

Pop singer Helene Fischer: her career

The career of the pop singer Helene Fischer picked up speed with the release of her debut album.

It was released in February 2006 and is titled From Here To Infinity.

The song collection achieved gold status, as did the successor "So nah wie du".

Significant career helpers were Helene Fischer's TV appearances, which contributed significantly to the increase in popularity of the native Russian.

Especially her duets with presenter and singer Florian Silbereisen, with whom she also entered into a private connection, proved to be helpful for the further development of Helene Fischer.

In addition, her management enforced a type change early in Fischer's career.

From the once dark-haired

TV appearance and stadium tour

The make-over that took place and her relationship with Florian Silbereisen flanked the rapid rise of Helene Fischer, who could hardly save herself from prizes. An award for "Most Successful Female Singer of 2007" was followed by the Goldene Henne, Echo and a Bambi. The Golden Camera and another award as "Most Successful Singer of the Year", this time for 2011, were not long in coming. Helene Fischer also cut a good figure in front of the TV camera, as she completed her first television part in 2012. The role of a tour guide allowed her to check in on the "Dream Ship". The widespread appearance attracted more and more fans to their concerts, so that Fischer dared to move from the big hall to the big stadium. 22 open-air concerts, including two sold-out dates in the Berlin Olympic Stadium, brought 800,000 people to the open-air arenas between Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2015.

Fischer leaves her idol behind

In 2018, Helene Fischer also completed an extensive stadium tour, which again brought her the "Live Entertainment Award".

Fischer raked in around three million euros per concert, making her the most commercially successful non-English-speaking artist.

The ranking drawn up by the US trade journal "New York Times" placed Helene Fischer in 8th place among the world's most lucrative solo artists.

Fischer was ahead of well-known "competitors" such as Britney Spears and Celine Dion.

The latter is still considered Helene Fischer's great role model.

For an open-air concert planned for August 2022 at the Munich exhibition center, all 100,000 tickets were sold out within 24 hours.

Pop singer Helene Fischer: her greatest hits

The biggest hits of pop singer Helene Fischer are mostly in the second half of her (so far) career.

Nevertheless, the first part also has considerable hit potential, starting with the premiere single "From here to infinity", which is considered the initial spark.

Shortly thereafter follows another career boost with "And tomorrow morning I'll kiss you awake".

In the middle of her résumé to date, Fischer has released her biggest catchy tune: "Breathless through the night" (2013) proved to be a hit and to this day belongs in the "unbreakable" category.

The catchy text and the danceable rhythms (composition: Kristina Bach) stand the test of time and give Helene Fischer a permanent place in the Olympus of hit anthems.

Albums more successful than singles

The string of successes does not break off and also provokes major successes in the second half of the 2010s.

The songs "Marathon", "Herzbeben", "Flieger" and "Achterbahn" serve as examples in this context.

Helene Fischer's most recent single is entitled "Null auf 100" and comes from the current album "Rausch", which went on sale on October 15, 2021.

Compared to the resounding album sales, Fischer was (slightly) less successful with her singles.

None of her solo numbers have made it to number 1 in the charts (as of January 2022).

All of the following long players were able to place themselves in the top ten (at least in Germany).

While Fischer reached number 2 with "Magic Moon" and "So wie ich bin", the following four albums made it to the top of the charts.

"For a Day", "Color Game", "Helene Fischer" and "Rausch" climbed to number 1 on the sales list.

“Farbenspiel” was the most commercially successful album.

It is followed by "Helene Fischer" with more than a million copies.

Pop singer Helene Fischer: her family

Pop singer Helene Fischer has now started her own family.

At Christmas 2021 she became the mother of a daughter.

Little Nala was born at home.

Father is partner and stage colleague Thomas Seitel, an aerial acrobat with whom Helene Fischer has been in a relationship since 2018.

Before that, her liaison with Florian Silbereisen broke up after about ten years.
