It is a new illustration of the drift of an entire city whose inhabitants are trapped by a separatist culture and practices.
This poses the problem of the overall vigilance of our administrative and social structures: in addition to 300,000 national and municipal police officers and gendarmes, France has 1.9 million territorial civil servants, 1.3 million hospital civil servants, 1 million teachers in the public, 30,000 employees of the family allowance funds… In total, nearly 5 million of our fellow citizens are in contact with others and who should constitute an observatory of the excesses of society.
