Although this week the whole of Britain is united in marking Queen Elizabeth's impressive and precedent-setting achievement - 70 years on the throne - for many of her fans there are again grave concerns that the head of state and the British Commonwealth may be in poor health.
On Saturday, the Royal Family released photos of her, after many weeks of not appearing in front of the cameras (except for "zoom" events and pre-recordings).
One of the photos caught the attention of many due to signs of an injury or some kind of hemorrhage in one of her legs, and in addition she was holding a walking stick.
In the event in which she was photographed - a reception on the occasion of breaking the record of all the tenures of her predecessors in which she also cut a cake - she functioned well and even joked with reporters, but online, ordinary people unfit to diagnose medical conditions tried to decipher whether the alleged blow was a source of concern.
The concern is heightened not only because of her extreme age but also in light of her hospitalization a few weeks ago, as well as the surprising decisions to cancel her participation in various events over the past few months, including a last-minute state memorial service (due to a busy back) and attending the Glasgow climate conference.

Walking with a cane is also no exception, although she has recently begun to use it more frequently.
One user tweeted: "What she has on her left leg ... I hope she is not injured. But it's really good to see her," according to the Daily Star.
Another user diagnosed (unprofessionally) that "the left leg is more swollen, which is not a good sign, and also lost extra weight. May God bless her."
