The Orpea scandal on abuse in nursing homes is prompting a growing number of families and caregivers to turn to justice.
This week, it should be the turn of Laurent Garcia, a privileged witness to the
Les Fossoyeurs
investigation and caregiver at Orpea for eight months, in 2016-2017, to file a complaint against the group.
His lawyer, M Sylvia Lasfargeas, evokes
“a cascade of actions to come”
, in particular about false fixed-term contracts.
The group is also targeted by the CGT.
The union will file a complaint for “trade union discrimination” and “obstruction of trade union activity” by the end of the month.
