The presidential campaign promises to be under high tension.
While attacks, threats and acts of vandalism are increasing against mayors and parliamentarians, the French do not hide their concern for the safety of actors in public life.
As revealed by the Fiducial Odoxa barometer for
Le Figaro
, no less than 56% of them believe that the safety of local elected officials is not guaranteed.
In their eyes, the protection of journalists is also a problem for 59% of respondents.
