The first hearing in Nir Hefetz's lawsuit against Yair Netanyahu will be held today (Sunday) in the Netanya Magistrate's Court.
Hefetz, a former adviser to opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu who became a state witness in the Alps cases, is demanding half a million shekels from Netanyahu Jr. Hefetz, represented by attorneys Ilan Sofer and Ron Aviv, also sued former Justice Minister Amir Ohana and media man Yaakov Bardugo, also for half a million shekels.

The indictment cites a series of tweets posted by Netanyahu on Twitter regarding Hefetz's investigation.
In these tweets, Netanyahu revealed details that were allegedly protected under a restraining order.
It was stated that "the clear purpose of the malicious publications above, was to demean and humiliate the plaintiff, while severely and severely infringing on his privacy."
According to Hefetz's lawyers, the son of the opposition leader "severely, severely, contemptuously, improperly and intentionally violated his privacy, all with the intention of harming him."
