There was also an increase in the number of serious patients - 1,263, of whom 291 were respirated and 19 were connected to Acme.
The positive verified rate was 28.79%.
The data also show that the number verified last week was 381,767 and that the rate of active patients was 335,727.
This week, 1,145,583 people were tested for the virus.

At midnight today, the limited green label regulations, which were decided at a cabinet meeting earlier this week, will take effect.
Regulations were approved yesterday by ministers in a telephone poll.
As part of the decision, the requirement to display a "green mark" will be eliminated, except in places and events where there is a particularly high risk of infection - banquet halls, clubs, conference centers that include serving or selling food, and cultural institutions that do not operate solely.
According to the proposal, the permissible occupancy limits in the place that operates within the framework of the "green character" will be abolished, as will the general gathering limit and the requirement to determine a distance of one and a half meters between tables in the open area of a restaurant.
In addition, the ministers approved the extension of regulations in educational institutions that require teaching staff to present a green mark and stipulate the obligation to wear a mask in classrooms.
