It is understandable that the government is exulting at the announcement of a 7% increase last year in GDP, gross domestic product, which measures productive activity in all sectors.

Which brings us back to 1969, an exceptional year that saw the birth of our Minister of Economy and Finance.
But is it decorous to externalize one's happiness?
