An indictment was filed today (Monday) against a 16-year-old boy from Be'er Sheva for sexual offenses he committed on an 8-year-old girl at school.
According to the indictment, filed by the Southern District Attorney's Office (criminal) in the city district court by attorney Shuli Rothschild, the defendant, who is not attending school, spotted the girl while she was waiting to be picked up.
He took advantage of her innocence and seduced her into playing games, but instead carried out his plot against her - and committed an act of sodomy and indecent acts on her.
The prosecution requested that the boy be detained until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
