The nationwide discussion about easing is in full swing.
The Bavarian neighbor is pushing ahead again.
In the southwest, the government is first adjusting its regulation - and is considering further opening steps.
Stuttgart – The state government in Baden-Württemberg wants to adapt the corona rules for major events, gastronomy and schools.
The green-black Council of Ministers wants to pass the new Corona regulation in Stuttgart on Tuesday, which is intended to allow more spectators in sports and culture again.
The adjustment provides that up to 10,000 spectators are permitted outdoors with a maximum occupancy of 50 percent with the 2G plus rule.
If an organizer only wants to apply the 2G rule, 5000 visitors are allowed.
At events in closed rooms, the 2G plus rule allows 4,000 people, and the 2G rule allows 2,000 people. However, the state also allows a maximum occupancy rate of 50 percent here - and not just 30 percent, as the resolution of the states of last week.
In addition, the waiver of the Luca app should be anchored in the new regulation.
This means that anyone who goes to a restaurant or café should no longer have to enter their contact details.
In addition, the government wants to approve the test strategy for schools and daycare centers.
According to this, the regular corona tests in schools and daycare centers should continue until the Easter holidays, i.e. until mid-April.
Cost point: almost 95 million euros.
According to the template from the Ministry of Social Affairs, unvaccinated children and young people must continue to take a rapid corona test three times a week until April 13th.
For PCR tests, two a week is enough.
Pupils whose second vaccination was more than three months ago and who have not been boosted must also continue to be tested regularly.
Because of the high seven-day incidence, all teachers and students who have already been vaccinated three times or who have recently recovered should also be given a voluntary test offer of two tests per week.

Regarding further easing, a government spokesman said the country was making "principle considerations" for the period after the peak of the omicron wave.
Nevertheless, one must continue to protect the health system from overload.
