The Northern District Attorney's Office today (Monday) filed an indictment in the Nazareth District Court against a northern resident (62) for aggravated human trafficking offenses, aggravated rape, sodomy, indecent act, assaulting a minor, threats and more which he committed on a 12-year-old minor and against her mother Of the minor (49) a resident of the north for human trafficking, aiding and abetting rape, aiding and abetting sodomy and more.
According to the indictment filed by Adv. Tal Moshkovitz and Adv. Yael Katz, the defendant used to transfer large sums of money to the minor, bought the minor gifts and made purchases with the minor.
In addition, the defendant assisted the defendant, the minor's mother, financially, and transferred to her variable sums of money for the purpose of paying the household bills, as well as purchasing various appliances for her.
Against the background of the transfer of funds and benefits to the defendant, a transaction was made between the mother and the man, in which the defendant had full sex with the minor, from the time she was about 11 years old, against her will and without her free consent and the defendant allowed him to do so.
Defendant used to call the minor dozens of times daily, restricting her steps, forbidding her to go out or leave the house at certain hours, and also forbidding her to dress in a manner that was not to his liking.
When the complainant revolted against these prohibitions, the defendant threatened her that he would stop supporting her financially and even attacked her.
The defendant, the minor's mother, assisted the defendant in committing the acts of rape and deepening his control over her daughter's life.
The minor even turned to her mother and told her about the defendant's actions but the mother ignored her daughter's words and continued to assist the defendant.
The prosecution seeks to detain the defendants until the end of the legal proceedings against them.
