Three men injured in explosion in Northeim

Three men were injured in an explosion in an apartment in Northeim in southern Lower Saxony.
What exactly happened there was still unclear on Monday evening.
A police spokesman was also initially unable to say how serious the injuries to the men are.
The explosion happened around 5:20 p.m.
The affected house and two neighboring buildings were evacuated.
Northeim - It is still unclear when the residents will be able to return to their apartments.
The fire brigade, the technical aid organization and the police are on site.
