DS has unveiled a new and spectacular concept car, one that is supposed to excite the imagination and pour more content into the brand.
The DS E-Tense 'Performance', is in fact a beautiful design work for a coupe body with a propulsion unit from the Formula E racing series, one that produces 815 hp here.

The special color they brewed in the DS is very flattering to the spectacular design.
It is a greenish color, affected by beetles and changes hue depending on the viewing angle.
Beneath it all there is a monocoque chassis with two electric motors that come as mentioned from the DS race car in Formula E.
This electric propulsion system produces no less than 815 hp, which should be translated into quite impressive performance.
The DS does not specify these and states that the classic acceleration should take only about 2 hours.
This show car will probably not reach serial production.
But the DS notes that this super tram is definitely capable of moving fast and it will also be in the test and examination of both of their Formula E drivers.
According to the company, the data collected from these trips will be used in the development of electric models in the future.
