1.14公佈推出上一輪希望做得快,無去立法會申請撥款,以餘款35.7億元做第五輪基金,支援新一輪受影響企業人士受惠,以及長期處於冰封行業,主要是旅遊業受惠。考慮到因應疫情發展,要延長及加強社交距離措施推出第六輪,整體建議規劃完成,連同應急款項,要注資約260億元。涵蓋40多項措施,第六輪認真參考了立會議員及業界意見,要求同事以更體恤態度處理建議及需要支援的企業及人士,目標盡量涵蓋受社交距離措施影響行業及人士,詳細內容要等,仍在整理中,已與財委會主席已有共識,特別財務委員會下周二開會申請約260億元撥款,到時有詳細資料,爭取周一早上公佈。包括提供一次性一萬元失業「支援」。

疫苗︱政府修訂僱傭條例 僱主可「合法」解僱不打針無法上班員工

【15:50】第二部分,非今日批准,但行會已備悉事項將會推行︰

1)政府計劃修訂僱傭條例,避免抗疫工作引起的勞資糾紛,勞福局會盡快修訂及提交草案予行會及提交立法會討論,目的有三個︰

-僱員2月24日之前要疫苗通行證才可返工,或在餐飲場所返工,但拒絕不打針,沒有疫苗通行證不能上班,導致僱主解僱,修例下不會被視為「不合理解僱」,如果僱員不合作,僱主都無辦法,否則僱主都會犯例

-如有僱主因僱員接受強檢或圍封檢疫而無法返工,僱主若將其解僱,將會構成「不合理解僱」

-僱員因強制檢疫無法上班,衞生署為接受強檢人士,發出檢疫令或醫務證明,會在法例下被視為病假紙證明(合資格僱員可申領病假)

希望修訂可令抗疫工作中減少勞資爭拗,之前已呼籲,但仍有勞工界團體表示好擔心,為明確工作而修例。

1)修訂兼增加一條新例

擴大受599F規定表列處所,原有17項處所(餐飲、美容、健身中心),新加入6項,包括宗教場所、商場、百貨公司,街市(或市集)、超市、髮型及理髮屋

2)社交距離措施延長至2月24日凌晨

這段期間關閉新加入處所,宗教處所及理髮店髮型屋,週四(2月10起)生效

3)落實所有受599章規定處所,全部要用疫苗通行證。包括17處所加4項處所,6類處所要用安心出行,雖然不用關閉,但要用疫苗通行證。

4.疫苗通行證2月24日推行,有一類處所先導計劃早幾日推行,餐飲處所,有一類一直要打針,員工及食客要打針,業界有意見餐飲處所可先行

5)其他處所會用行政手段,其他處所引入通行證,包括學校、大學、接受政府資助的處所例如社署資助日間中心、活動中心、青年中心、公營機構、政府寫字樓等

6)收緊限聚令,目前599G下公眾地方群組聚會人數4人上限收緊至2人

7)限聚令適用私人場所,禁止兩個家庭以上進行跨家庭聚會

【14:18】第五波疫情急劇惡化,政府今日將公布收緊防疫措施,以及公布「疫苗通行證」詳情。消息指,社交距離措施將重新收到最嚴厲,B、C類食肆將「加辣」至限定兩人一枱。髮型屋納入須關閉的表列處所,直至「疫苗通行證」推出後,將要求進入者須完成接種疫苗,「疫苗通行證」計劃同時會覆蓋商場,公共交通工具暫時不會納入該計劃。

疫情|黃大仙超市蔬菜被搶購一空 居民:第一次見菜架係空嘅

【13:10】因有本港跨境司機確診被禁足隔離,令本港蔬菜供應不穩,市面幾乎「一菜難求」,零售價更上升一至兩倍。今早(8日)黃大仙有超市的新鮮蔬菜均被搶購一空,只剩下小量粟米及芋頭。有附近居民表示「第一次見菜架係空嘅」,唯有到鄰近街市買較貴的蔬菜;亦有市民認為街市菜價太貴,「不如買飯盒算」。

記者再到鄰近的大城街街市視察菜價,大部分蔬菜都是二十至三十元一斤,亦有菜檔改以「一份」計,有檔菜檔主表示對供應有信心,相信一至兩日價格便會回復正常。

第五波|消息:增至少625宗確診 逾400宗初確診 再創新高

【12:41】第五波疫情持續「幾何式上升」,昨日更新增逾600宗初步陽性個案。消息指,今日(8日)截至中午新增625宗確診個案,以及400宗初步確診個案,再創兩年疫情來來新高。消息稱,昨日下午起收到的初確診個案雖然有減少,但相信未能反映疫情受控,個案仍有大幅上升風險。

【12:27】香港郵政今日(8日)表示,一名隸屬元朗派遞局的郵差初步確診,負責元朗山下村、孖峰嶺路、欖口園、欖口壆及新起村街的派遞工作,元朗派遞局不對外開放。他最近曾到訪被納入強制檢測公告的元朗廣場,於2月6日接受病毒測試,今日接獲衞生防護中心通知初步確診。

【12:05】政府早前公布,會加開位於銅鑼灣的「禮頓中心衛星社區疫苗接種中心」。接種中心於今日(8日)9時起開始接受預約,周五(11日)正式投入服務,首日接種僅餘少量名額。公務員事務局局長聶德權在社交網站表示,新設立的疫苗接種中心位於銅鑼灣禮頓中心7樓停車場,設有專用升降機由地下直達樓層,開放時間為朝8晚8,中午1時半至2時半關閉進行清潔消毒。

【12:17】屯門良景邨良傑樓近日排放的污水樣本對新冠病毒呈陽性,政府周日(6日)宣布良傑樓須圍封強檢,原定於昨日(7日)完成行動,惟檢測結果發現大樓有50宗初步陽性個案和2宗結果不確定個案。當局指大樓具有極高感染風險,決定延長圍封檢測至今日(8日)。
今早良傑樓仍未解封,大批防疫人員及警員在地下位置戒備。現場消息指,當局會安排居民下午落樓檢測,最快要到夜晚才會解封。有居民向人員查詢解封時間稱:「要返工架!」

【11:48】新冠肺炎疫情持續擴散,多區出現排長龍檢測的情況。深水埗區議員李庭豐今早(8日)於港台節目表示,昨午(7日)有約600人於深水埗楓樹街遊樂場排隊檢測,有街坊排隊逾2小時亦未能做檢測,估計部份人或需排隊3、4小時。他認為,政府應開放室內地方分流,以免市民長時間在室外排隊。

公共醫療醫生協會︰醫護身心疲累 抽調人手非急症手術減三至五成

【11:47】新冠肺炎疫情持續擴散,急症室爆滿,港府將竹篙灣檢疫中心改作社區隔離設施,收輕症或無徵狀感染新冠患者。

公共醫療醫生協會會長凌霄志今早(8日)於港台節目表示,因各個醫院聯網都需抽調人手到竹篙灣社區隔離設施,預料未來兩周,大部份醫院的非急症手術,以及內窺鏡手術,將會減少三至五成。他又稱,現時醫護人員身心疲累,希望醫管局恢復發放特別津貼。

【11:36】新冠肺炎每日新增個案連日創新高,呼吸系統專科醫生梁子超今日(8日)於港台節目表示,按照現時疫情,每2、3日新增個案便倍增,兩周後的單日新增個案或會過萬宗。現時收緊社交距離措施,未能即時減慢病毒傳播,但可以提高市民的危機感,認為現時有效控制疫情的方法,是市民減少外出,共渡時艱,「係呢兩個禮拜最重要一樣嘢,就係話唔單止要遵守政府可能會宣布嘅社交距離措施,唯一一樣嘢救到香港,就係大家都能夠醒覺,係呢段時間入面,真係要共渡時艱,你盡可能無必要就唔好出街,如果唔係根本上我哋係無可能阻截到已經係高度滲透我哋社區嘅病毒傳播」。

【11:20】美田邨美景樓及美致樓的污水樣本近日對新冠病毒檢測呈陽性,當局於2月6日晚上將大廈圍圍封強檢,行動中分別發現10宗及12宗初步陽性檢測個案,指由於兩座大廈具有極高感染風險,決定延長其強制檢測行動至今日。

【10:48】消息指,今至少新增383宗確診,由昨午後截至今早8時,初步確診逾400宗,雖自昨午後初步確診個案有所減少,但疫情最新情況仍有待觀察,且仍有大量初陽個案未確診。

急症室爆滿 初陽患者隨時等一日才送隔離 醫護組織促先電話分流

【10:34】第五波新冠肺炎疫情持續蔓延,確診者人數不斷上升,醫療系統壓力日增,急症室更出現爆滿。有市民昨日(7日)向《香港01》投訴,指檢測初步陽性後,在急症室外的帳篷等候,至通宵仍未能入院。

香港護士協會主席源志敏今早(8日)於港台節目表示,有不少初步陽性的市民到急症室求助,按程序需要先接受覆檢,但需要等候5、6小時;正式確診後,則要再等待送往隔離設施,長則等候逾15小時,甚至有人在帳篷靜候逾20小時,即連同覆檢,隨時等候超過24小時。他坦言情況非常不理想。

封區|深水埗富昌邨富悅樓發現22宗初步確診 政府延長圍封至明早

【10:03】​政府昨日引用《預防及控制疾病(對若干人士強制檢測)規例》(第599J章),自昨日下午七時起限制在深水埗西邨路19號富昌邨富悅樓內人士須留在其處所並接受強制檢測。政府今日決定延長相關宣告的執行日期,目標是在明日(二月九日)上午約十時完成此行動。

政府發言人表示,富昌邨富悅樓排放的污水樣本近日對新冠病毒檢查呈陽性,並在昨日圍封檢測行動中發現22宗初步陽性檢測個案,情況令人憂慮。鑑於富昌邨富悅樓具有極高感染風險,有必要採取果斷行動,把較早時根據第599J章作出的限制與檢測宣告行動,延長至二月九日,以免病毒進一步擴散。

【09:50】行政長官林鄭月娥在行政會議前,預告今日稍後她將再會見傳媒,交代收緊社交距離措施等防疫安排。她形容昨日新增逾600宗確診是動魄驚心,並重申香港必須堅持動態清零,因更符合香港利益,免醫療系統達無法負擔的壓力。

【02:58】本港昨日(7日)新增614宗確診個案,創疫情爆發以來新高,並有逾600宗初步確診。食物及衞生局今日(8日)凌晨就強制檢測公告刊憲,因應多宗初步陽性檢測個案/陽性檢測個案,以及慈雲山、油塘、九龍城和黃大仙採集到檢測呈陽性的污水樣本,有85個指明地方被納入強制檢測公告。

公告涉及的地點中,深水埗、荃灣、慈雲山各佔7個,情況最為嚴重。其中慈雲山全部7個地點都是因為污水樣本呈陽性而被納入,分別為慈康邨和慈樂邨多幢大廈。

消防處借調前助理處長及長官到民安隊 統籌抗疫及日常要務

【01:00】本港疫情嚴峻,連日錄得破百宗確診,昨日(7日)更錄得疫情以來614宗高峰。衞生署早前設立竹篙灣跨部門協調小組,當中包括民安隊、醫療輔助隊、衞生署醫療隊等。據悉,消防處近日陸續借調人手到民安隊,協助防疫抗疫工作,繼早消防處前助理處長(牌照及審批)梁冠威統籌協調小組,最近再借調一名高級消防隊長,任職事務主任,處理日常要務。

【00:12】疑再有本港跨境司機周一(7日)確診,即4天內共有3日疑有跨境司機確診,文錦渡口岸貨車須「吉車」回港。

文錦渡口岸昨日(7日)早上10時起,已有跨境司機在口岸對開的錦上花接駁場大排長龍,等待載貨。但至晚上10時,內地執法人員通知他們要「吉車」回港,更有司機被告知「未來會關閉幾日」,99%內地蔬菜今日不能供港。
