Next Monday (14th) is Valentine's Day. The observatory is expected to be mostly cloudy on that day, with a cool morning and one or two showers. The minimum temperature in the urban area will drop to 14 degrees again. Citizens should remember to bring umbrellas when going out to celebrate.
