The incident occurred during the operation in May when dozens of rioters forcibly removed the muse from the vehicle and beat him together.

They electrocuted him with a shocker, knocked him to the floor and hit him with punches, kicks, telescopic batons and even slapped him in the face with an electric scooter.

When Musa tried to get up, he was knocked down again, while the rioters attacked him and beat him violently.

Benjamin attacked the complainant with about ten punches in the face while lying on the ground, and also kicked him in the neck with force.

The attackers left the complainant only after passers-by separated and defended him.

He was left lying on the ground, badly bruised.

Benjamin, who had moved away from the scene, returned there again, kicked the complainant in the head and threw a bottle over his face until he was forcibly removed by one of those present at the scene.

Following the incident, the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the city district court against Nathaniel Benjamin, 25, Lahav Ohanina, 18, and a 16-year-old boy, for an act of terrorism and attempted murder that led to the lynching.

The three were also charged with aggravated act of aggravated sabotage, intentional sabotage of a racially motivated vehicle, racially motivated theft, a riot that resulted in racist motive and incitement to terrorism, and incitement to racism.

Ohanina and Benjamin's detention was extended by 18 days.
