The URA pointed out that the third community development project in To Kwa Wan, namely the four redevelopment projects of Hung Fuk Street, Kai Ming Street and Wing Kwong Street, which were merged into one development project, will close at noon this Thursday (10th).
The URA pointed out that the relevant arrangements will remain unchanged for the time being, but will closely monitor the latest developments of the epidemic.
Regarding the arrangement for developers and consortium representatives to submit tenders to the URA General Office on the day, the URA will take a series of anti-epidemic measures, including requiring all visitors to use the "Safe Travel" mobile app and wear masks, take body temperature, and provide alcohol hand rubs to reduce the risk of infection and virus transmission.
In addition, a larger room will be arranged for tendering. There are also three tender boxes on site and placed at a distance to ensure that developers and consortium representatives maintain a considerable distance when submitting tenders.
