Some even participated in the violent disturbances that took place in the Negev in May 2021.

Upon completion of the investigation by the Shin Bet and the police, the case was transferred to the Southern District Attorney's Office, which is expected to file serious indictments against the Be'er Sheva District Court. The members of the WhatsApp group, including the defendants, corresponded about their intention to go to a violent demonstration near the Tel Sheva police station in order to harm during the demonstration at the station and its occupants.

Among other things, messages were sent such as "Today I will call the police" and "Tonight worried tonight fire".

During the correspondence, the members of the group arranged to meet in the area of the station and asked to avoid arriving at the place with telephones so that it would not be possible to locate their location and arrive masked.

The indictment states that during the incidents, the defendants and others arrived near the station equipped with Molotov cocktails, lit them and threw them at the station and at the "Gubran" school near the station.

As a result, fires broke out in the school and at the station, some of which were extinguished by the station police.

One of the defendants documented the firing of Molotov cocktails using his cell phone camera.

"The bottle that was thrown at the station, passed over a road near the station and thus endangered the safety of passengers who were traveling on the road at the time," the prosecution wrote.

"In addition, the rioters threw stones at the station, set fire to tires and damaged security railings near the station."
