CSU member of the Bundestag Katrin Staffler (37) and husband Emanuel (35) have become the proud parents of a boy: Laurentius.
Dachau/Fürstenfeldbruck – Laurentius was born in Starnberg on January 26, weighing 3960 grams and 57 centimeters tall.
A real bundle of joy, then, who now sets the tone in the Staffler household and whirls his parents' lives upside down.
It's part of everyday life that you can find the new dad on the street with a stroller at lunchtime instead of in his mayor's office in Türkenfeld's town hall.
"The rhythm has changed," reports Emanuel Staffler.
"The nights are short, but it's getting better."
Mama Katrin also emphasizes that Laurentius is a very well-behaved baby.
"Unless he's hungry, then it can definitely get louder." Incidentally, the young parents were happy that they were home with their baby after only a few days in the clinic.
