The Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Dr. Amr Salem, discussed today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Syria, Radovan Stojanovic, ways to enhance cooperation relations in the trade and investment fields between the two countries.
Minister Salem stressed that the ministry provides support according to its capabilities to all businessmen and investors who go to Syria to set up investment projects that benefit everyone and simplify the procedures for them in terms of granting a commercial registry, registering and establishing companies and granting trademarks, as well as facilitating meetings between Syrian and Serbian businessmen and merchants through chambers of commerce.
The Serbian ambassador, in turn, expressed the desire of Serbian businessmen and owners of companies to invest in Syria, especially in this period that began to witness Syria's recovery and the return of the economic wheel to rotation after a difficult period it passed through.
