The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office (Criminal) today (Friday) filed an indictment in the city district court against Nathaniel Asraf (33), a resident of Jerusalem, for committing sexual offenses against minors using various applications.
The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of offenses of indecent assault on a minor in circumstances of rape, extortion under aggravated threats, sexual harassment, harassment through a lightning facility, invasion of privacy, false information from a computer, indecent act, impersonation, attempt to indict and violate a law.
The prosecution is asking the court to order the detention of the accused until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
According to the indictment, filed through attorney Yifat Pinhasi-Nevo, the defendant held accounts in various apps and opened various profiles under false names to which he uploaded non-profile photos of himself. Minors. At the same time, the defendant used to contact others through curses of a sexual nature, with the aim that the other party to the conversation would humiliate and mock his penis.
In cases where the defendant's attempts were unsuccessful or in cases where he was blocked by the complainants who did not respond to swearing and humiliation, the defendant used to "punish" the complainants by changing his name and profile picture to the complainants' picture.
In some cases, the defendant created fictitious profiles on Instagram that bear the name and picture of one of the complainants, along with a reference of a sexual nature in relation to him.
In cases where the defendant is blocked from entering into a conversation or correspondence in a particular application, he enters it through new profiles he has created for this purpose and through other phone numbers.
In addition, even after the court banned him from contacting minors on social media he continued to do so.
