If you follow the investigations of the Kripo Niederbayern, he found his true calling in Turkey: with his brother he set up a fraud ring that tricked senior citizens on the phone.

In 2019 alone, the child star from the "The Wild Guys" film series is said to have made 170,000 euros.

According to the police, his mobile number has been appearing in investigations since 2018, including on the mobile phone of a music producer in Freising.

He now had to answer for commercial fraud in five cases before the district court of Landshut.

These cases were just the tip of the iceberg, as Freisinger admitted.

The 34-year-old with a criminal record had confessed and received a prison sentence of two years and seven months.

The judgment was based on an agreement between the parties to the proceedings.

The chamber had promised a sentence of between two years and four months and three years if he confessed, taking into account the defendant's announcement that he would help to clarify further crimes.

Despite a "guilty conscience": the perpetrator does not apologize to the victims

"I'm unpacking," the 34-year-old had assured and announced a list for the investigators on which names, streets, places - "simply everything" - should be listed.

He cited economic problems as the motive for the crime.

In fact, he didn't benefit from it at all;

he was only "a small number".

Today he "definitely has a bad conscience" about the elderly.

"It could have been my parents." But he couldn't bring himself to apologize to an aggrieved couple.

According to the indictment, the 34-year-old retained part of the amounts stolen in spring 2021.

It was a total of 16,641 euros for the senior citizens in Landshut, Dingolfing, Straubing and Moosburg.

It was the same scam as the fake police officer, only in these cases the seniors had supposed bank employees on the phone with the information that they would soon be receiving new debit cards.

Then the scammers called the banks and pretended to be the account holders.

According to the investigator, he was "horrified" at how easy it was to transfer money over the phone, especially with smaller banks.

He was saved in the mobile phone under "bank fraudster".

According to the indictment, Freisinger was an “intermediary” in the hierarchically structured fraud system.

As he confirmed in court, he had to acquire and look after people who made their accounts available and transferred the stolen money to Turkey via Western Union.

However, the people recruited did not seem to think much of the music producer.

In the case of a woman, it was saved under “bank fraudsters” on her mobile phone.

Another, under pressure from the investigation, fled to the front and ratted him out to the police.

After the Freisinger then put a bounty of 1000 euros on the traitor on Facebook, he was arrested because of the risk of blackout.

The former child star and his brother, on the other hand, have not yet been arrested despite close cooperation with the Turkish authorities.

According to the witness, the Kripo is currently investigating new cases of fraud.
