The Police team defeated Jableh 2-0 at the end of the thirteenth round of the Premier League (the last leg of the first leg) in the meeting that brought them together today at Al-Jalaa Stadium in Damascus.
The two goals of the match were scored by Suhaib Al-Sharabi in the 75th minute and Maan Al-Hassan in stoppage time. Police raised their score with this victory to 12 points in twelfth place, and Jableh remained in fifth place with 17 points.
The thirteenth round started yesterday and witnessed the victory of Al-Wathba over Al-Wahda 2-0, Tishreen over Al-Fatwa 1-0, Al-Nawa’ir tied with Afrin and Al-Ittihad with Al-Tali’a with the same result 1-1, Hattin with Al-Harjala 2-2, and Al-Jaish tied with Al-Karama without goals.
