Holzkirchen

– The unsafe driving betrayed him: A 30-year-old man from Bad Tölz was drunk at the wheel when he drove through Holzkirchen on Friday (February 11).

A police patrol noticed the lurching course of the Tölzer around 5:30 p.m. on Tölzer Straße (B 13).

Officers stopped the man and noticed the odor of alcohol in the vehicle.

A breath alcohol test revealed a value above the 0.5 per mille limit.

According to the police, the Tölzer's car was safely parked.

The 30-year-old had to hand in the vehicle keys and driver's license on the spot.

A blood test was ordered by the court.

The man expects a fine, a driver's license suspension of several months and three points in Flensburg.
