The company N-Ergie Netz provided the reason for this.

But what was the purpose of the action?

There is a fairly simple explanation for this.

N-Ergie Netz GmbH had already announced on Friday that a Cessna equipped with special equipment would be en route over the city of Nuremberg*.

You should check the district heating network of the Franconian metropolis.

However, the flights over the 300-kilometer-long lines were only possible at night, as the company announced.

“The flights may only be operated at night so as not to disrupt regular air traffic.

In the dark and when there is little traffic, unwanted influences on the measurements are also excluded.

The flights had been agreed with German air traffic control, and N-Ergie apologized for any noise pollution.
