In Germany's northernmost state, unvaccinated people will soon be able to take part in public life again with significantly fewer problems.
Disco operators can also look forward to it.
Kiel – In Schleswig-Holstein, people who have not been vaccinated should also be allowed to take part in large parts of public life again from March 3rd.
The prerequisite is that they have a negative test in gastronomy, tourism, leisure and culture, as can be seen from announcements by Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) on Tuesday.
The discotheques in Schleswig-Holstein are also allowed to open again from March 3rd.
2G plus should then take effect there - only people who have been vaccinated or who have recovered from a Covid 19 disease and who also have a current negative test or have a booster vaccination are allowed access.
The state government in Kiel wants to lift the contact restrictions for vaccinated and recovered people in Schleswig-Holstein from Saturday.
For people without a Covid 19 vaccination, Günther announced that there should still be an upper limit of 25 people for private meetings.
In addition, the obligation to wear masks in schools in Schleswig-Holstein should be lifted by the beginning of the Easter holidays at the latest.
"That's the latest we can see from today," said Günther.
