A magnitude 3.5 earthquake was felt tonight (Tuesday) in the northern region.
According to the Seismological Institute, the epicenter was 15 kilometers northeast of Beit She'an.
No damage or injuries were reported as a result of the quake.
For the first time an earthquake warning system was activated and alarms were activated.
Residents in the area, in Afula and Tiberias reported that the quake was stronger than the quakes that preceded it in recent times.
